You’ll Be:
* Leading architectural and engineering decisions across web and mobile commerce tools
* Contributing hands-on to full-stack development using TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js
* Collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering to ship meaningful B2B features
* Driving improvements in code quality, tech standards, and developer experience
* Mentoring fellow engineers and influencing engineering culture
* Participating in early product discovery and shaping technical direction
* Representing engineering across teams and domains
You’ll Bring:
* 10+ years of software development experience
* Deep expertise in frontend and backend development
* Mastery of TypeScript, Node.js, Next.js, and building REST APIs
* Experience in a senior IC or staff-level engineering role
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Proven mentorship track record and a passion for team empowerment
* Strategic thinking with the ability to simplify complexity
Bonus Points:
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
* Solid grasp of system architecture and database performance tuning
* Familiarity with event-driven architectures
