Your prospective job:
For our prestigious client Airbus Defence and Space at the location Manching you act as Systems Engineer for Post Flight Analysis System (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities:
6. Requirements analysis and definition (Software Requirement Specification incl. requirements engineering)
7. Impact analysis of design changes considering the entire product life-cycle
8. Interface definition to other systems like mission management computer-, EW sensors - or other avionics systems
9. Definition for the analysis of sensor data and the performance using data analytic techniques for correlation augmentation to improve data analysis capability
10. Definition of the requirements acceptance criteria and develop executable tests plan
11. Support test’s evaluation of system performance in the laboratory
12. Supporting of technical milestone reviews and qualification (with or without customer)
13. Involvement in creation of technical documentation like user operational manuals
Your profile:
14. Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer sciences or comparable
15. A few years of relevant experience in systems/software engineering in aviation areay
16. Professional experience related to self-defensive systems, radar system and electronic support system is valuable
17. Knowledge and practical experience in machine learning (e.g. deep learning, neural net- works, regression, classification)
18. Experience using the requirements management tool “DOORS”
19. Understanding of software architectures for cloud native software applications is desirable
20. Good knowledge of Python and the application of machine learning libraries (e.g. scikitlearn, NumPy, Pandas)
21. Experience in end-to-end web application testing with a tool such as Playwright
22. Familiarity with Atlassian software development and collaboration tool set (Jira and Confluence)
23. High proficiency in English and good German, both spoken and written
