As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will drive key operational processes, build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and optimize workflows to support our company missions.
Lead and accelerate special projects and market launches by managing critical tasks, preparing partner insights, and coordinating seamlessly with stakeholders.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Process Engineering, Customer Support, Operations, Account Management, Business Development, and Tech to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken)
~2+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, consultancy, operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field (internships also considered)
~ Strong analytical skills and ability to work confidently with data
~ Proficiency in Google Sheets for KPI and cost analysis (SQL is a plus)
~ Hands-on, proactive, and eager to take ownership of assigned tasks while developing your skills
