The Role:
* This is a consultative, high-velocity sales role focused entirely on closing. There’s no cold calling—every lead has already inquired and asked us to contact them. Our appointment-setting team books your calendar, so you can focus on what you do best: building relationships, guiding prospects, and closing sales.
* You’ll help motivated adults understand how Achieve can accelerate their degrees and career paths, delivering a mix of purpose and performance in every conversation.
What You’ll Do:
* Conduct scheduled video consultations with warm, qualified leads.
* Guide prospective students through our program offerings and enrollment process.
* Use a consultative approach to identify goals, address concerns, and drive enrollment decisions.
* Maintain a full pipeline through consistent follow-up and calendar management.
* Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals.

* Guaranteed base salary + uncapped commission (fully ramped* reps average $95-110K+ annually). *reps considered fully ramped by week 11.

Who You Are:
* Proven closer with a track record of exceeding quotas in B2C, enrollment, or consultative sales.
* Motivated, goal-driven, and energized by income potential.
* Excellent communicator with strong empathy, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
* Organized and self-disciplined in a remote environment.
* Tech-savvy, comfortable using CRM tools and video conferencing.
