Over two outstanding years, you will go through three goal-oriented assignments, where you'll quickly acquire broad knowledge, experience our business from different perspectives, and gain a deep understanding of Smart Infrastructure in particular. During the assignment abroad at one of our 1,700 worldwide locations, you will improve your intercultural competence and become a more effective communicator across cultures.

You’ll win us over with:

• An excellent Master’s degree, Diploma, Doctoral degree, or equivalent in one of the following fields:
• Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Mechatronics, Factory Automation, or Intralogistics (with a business focus such as project management or product management)
• Management and Technology
• Industrial Engineering
• Digital Business
• Information Technology
• Business Administration, Marketing (combined with understanding of technical concepts)
• Significant practical work experience gained through internships, working student positions, or similar roles
• Initial experience in product management, project management, and agile ways of working
• Excellent strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• A minimum of 4 months of international experience gained through studying and/or working abroad
• Fluency in English, B1 level in German; additional languages are a plus (Turkish, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish)
• Flexibility and mobility during the program’s duration
