Key Responsibilities
You will support the Finance team in the following areas:
Management and monitoring of invoicing and re-invoicing processes
Support to internal finance operations and financial flows tracking
Contribution to process improvement and automation initiatives
Assistance with tax and accounting-related matters
Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
Profile Required
Previous experience in internal finance or within a Management Company (UCITS / AIFs) is highly preferred
Solid experience with invoicing and re-invoicing processes
Knowledge of VAT (Luxembourg, xniyctf intra-community and extra-community)
Basic understanding of Luxembourg GAAP (Lux GAAP)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (pivot tables, mail merge, etc.)
Experience with Microsoft automation tools (macros, Power Automate) to streamline processes
Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
