About this Position
What you´ll do
* Experienced senior manager (d/f/m) that contributes to shaping Adhesive Technologies' sales strategy in B2B distribution business
* Partner closely with the Director for Distribution & Inside Sales EIMEA and his management team
* Develop strategy for distribution business to support steering profitable growth with focus on SME accounts in electronics & thermal interface material market
* Analyze and build different future scenarios to create profitable growth paths
* Develop and implement business analysis instruments as well as provide market and competitive intelligence
* Support customizing market customer activation activities to distribution business
* Build relationships with key industry stakeholders and support relevant customer events
* Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development to steer activities
What makes you a good fit
* Master's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
* Minimum 5 years professional experience in business development, corporate strategy or consulting in industrial B2B business is preferred
* The ability to interpret market data, identifying trends, develop strategies and making informed business decisions
* Excellent presentation, communication and networking skills that will allow for building and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders
* Individual with both strategic and analytical mindset, strong project management skills, and passion about driving change and challenging the status quo
* Proficient communication and presentation skills in English, ideally very good German skills
