Sales and Operations Integration Specialist
This integral position involves spearheading the integration of sales and operations planning (S&OP) processes across multiple business units, promoting seamless coordination and enhancing overall operational effectiveness.
* Cultivate collaborative relationships with various stakeholders to drive coordinated efforts and mutual understanding.
* Steer the S&OP cycle, comprising Demand Review, Supply Review, and Executive S&OP, to foster informed decision-making and optimize resource allocation.
* Address conflicts arising from competing demands and supply constraints by implementing a systematic approach to decision-making.
* Contribute to the development of scenario planning and risk management strategies to navigate dynamic market conditions.
* Present findings and recommendations to senior executives, utilizing evidence-based insights to inform strategic decisions.
The successful candidate will bring significant experience in Supply Chain Operations and/or Supply Chain Planning, alongside advanced analytical skills, proficiency in statistical modeling, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
