Development Professional
As a Development Professional at PM-International, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs across the company. This includes managing logistics, managing relationships with external providers and ensuring the onboarding process meets employee development goals.
Responsibilities:
* Design and implement training programs to meet company objectives
* Manage logistics and budgets related to employee development
* Track employee development plans and maintain training records
* Support the implementation of feedback and performance cycles
* Lead recruitment of students, apprentices, and junior profiles
* Manage apprentices during their apprenticeship
* Represent the company at career events
* Provide support to senior recruitment processes when needed
Requirements:
* University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
* Additional certifications in Coaching or Training Management are considered an asset
* Good understanding of labor law, especially in areas related to employee development
* Experience in Learning & Development and recruitment
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a people-first mindset
