Site Manager Construction
We are looking for an inspiring and team-oriented leader as Site Manager Construction (m/w/d) who can successfully implement our construction projects.
About the Position
As a Site Manager Construction at Ten Brinke, you will be responsible for our construction projects in Wolfratshausen and surrounding areas. You will play a crucial role in implementing our construction and development projects successfully.
Responsibilities
* Leading and developing the site in Wolfratshausen, including personnel management and resource allocation.
* Responsible for the successful implementation of construction and development projects in collaboration with our local teams.
* Safeguarding quality, deadlines, and costs throughout the entire construction process.
* Development and maintenance of customer and business partner relationships.
* Monitoring and compliance with all relevant building regulations and safety standards.
* Representation of the site and the company on a local level.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a comparable qualification.
* At least 5 years of professional experience in a leadership position in the construction industry, preferably as a Site Manager (m/w/d).
* Comprehensive knowledge of German building regulations and experience in managing complex construction projects.
* Developed leadership skills and the ability to motivate and successfully lead teams.
* Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiation skills, and a structured work approach.
* Excellent communication skills and confident appearance when dealing with customers, partners, and authorities.
* Fluent German language skills in speech and writing (C1-level).
