Responsibilities:
* Responsible for proper record keeping and preparation of financial reports.
* Making payments and using accounting software.
* Continuous further development of the department in the direction of digitalization.
* Ensure tax compliance.
* Management of budgeting and financial planning.
* Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
Your experience:
* Successfully completed commercial training.
* At least 3 years of accounting experience and experience in a management position.
* Competence in DATEV (FIBU) and MS Office programs.
* Structured, independent and responsible approach to work, combined with reliability, high attention to detail, flexibility, strong organizational and communication skills, assertiveness and quick comprehension.
* Entrepreneurial drive and willingness to take responsibility.
* Very good knowledge of German and English, written and oral.
* Knowledge of German tax law.
