Your tasks:
10. Function and load tests of various products
11. Operation of the load test stands
12. Assembly and disassembly of possible test setups on the load test stand
13. Troubleshooting in hydraulic systems (e.g. tripod jack & axle jack).
14. Type tests of initial equipment (by means of load test bench)
15. Occasional destructive testing in the development and optimization of products (using a load test rig)
16. Support in the preparation of product-specific test instructions and outlining of test aids
17. Recording of deviations in quality notifications using SAP
Your profile:
18. Completed vocational training in the field of metal or similar competencies acquired in practice
19. First work experience in mechanical engineering industry with machining, welding, assembly and testing
20. Good understanding of force flows and initial experience with hydraulic systems are an advantage
21. Confident handling of drawings (also English/global standards)
22. Initial experience with SAP or another ERP system an advantage
23. Good knowledge of German and basic knowledge of English required
24. Willingness to work in a two-shift operation
