A blend of start-up and global leader our client has a team of 80, whilst being part of a £bn global strategy business. The firm provides performance, benchmarking and data/analytics expertise to most major banking, asset and wealth management businesses. It is a market leader in its field. We're looking for a German-speaking candidate, to work with German and Western European clients working on market sizing, revenue benchmarking and strategy projects. One third of this role will be working on strategy cases directly with the strategy consulting parent company. We are looking for someone with a wealth management background; this is a global, growing team of asset and wealth management specialists with a broad book of work. Job description: Strategy case work; recent cases have included top-5 global wealth businesses, and also a few top banks, looking at macros issues such as share price decline, cost pressures and geopolitical tensions Market sizing and market analysis projects; sizing markets for wealth businesses looking to, for example, go into new markets or price products differently Input into the firm's data models and enhance and research ways to improve data products (we are not looking for data analysts/modellers - there are teams in the back office who do this) Relationship management; working with C-suite individuals, delivering projects whilst also looking for new opportunities to deliver value We are looking for: Solid Excel skills; an ability to use large datasets and work with Pivots, Lookups and potentially more advanced techniques Ability to create a story from data we are not looking for data analysts/modellers this is about strategic insights and story-boarding to senior C-suite clients Wealth / asset management knowledge - history of delivering projects in this space whether it be transformation, benchmarking, strategy work we are looking for people with broad knowledge who are adaptable Entrepreneurial drive - the client works in small teams and offers the chance to push yourself at every level of your career; even analysts and associates have the chance to run meetings and 'own' relationships with C suite individuals Start-up mentality - if you enjoy the corporate culture with the many levels of bureaucracy, this may not be for you; the business model is agile and fast-paced Personality - bring your Whole self to work and enjoy it! Salary: 65,000 to 75,000 Euros base 15-20% average bonus. Location: Frankfurt; 3 days a week in office as a minimum to start with.
