As part of our brand development and dealer network expansion in Germany, we are strengthening our Brand team and are looking for an experienced Dealer Retail Marketing Manager to drive consistent, high-quality retail marketing execution across our dealer network. Your Role As Dealer Retail Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for translating brand strategy and marketing campaigns into effective retail execution at dealer level. You will ensure that brand messages, retail marketing guidelines and campaign materials are implemented consistently across all dealer touchpoints, while working closely with internal stakeholders and dealer partners. This role sits within the Brand team and has a strong dealer-facing focus. Key Responsibilities Translate brand strategy and marketing campaigns into retail-ready concepts for the dealer network Drive the execution of retail marketing campaigns, product launches and brand activations at dealer level Ensure consistent brand presentation across showrooms, POS materials and local dealer marketing activities Support dealers in implementing brand-compliant retail marketing guidelines and materials Act as the key retail marketing interface between Brand, Sales, Dealer Network Development and external agencies Coordinate timelines, materials and execution standards for retail marketing initiatives Monitor retail marketing execution quality and identify optimization opportunities Collect structured dealer feedback and support continuous improvement of retail marketing concepts Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or a related field 5+ years of experience in retail marketing, trade marketing or dealer marketing, ideally within the automotive industry Proven experience working with dealer networks or retail organizations Strong understanding of brand guidelines, retail marketing activation and campaign execution Hands‑on, structured and solution‑oriented working style Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany Fluent English required; German language skills are strongly preferred What We Offer A key role within the Brand team of a growing automotive organization High level of ownership in shaping brand execution at retail level Dynamic, international and collaborative working environment Competitive compensation package based on experience Close cooperation with local and global teams Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Business Development and Marketing Industries Motor Vehicle Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
