Position Overview
The Marketing Operations Manager for the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Centre of Excellence plays a critical role in shaping both the current and future state of ABM at Autodesk. You will ensure that ABM-related workflows and standards are operationally aligned with key business partners, evolving KPIs, and long-term strategies—working closely with cross-functional stakeholders and teams across the company.
This role can be hybrid based in Munich or working remotely from other locations in Germany.
Responsibilities
1. Act as a self-driven contributor within a lean, high-impact team, helping build and scale the foundation of ABM excellence at Autodesk
2. Lead and execute projects that connect marketing workflows with data, systems, and marketing technology
3. Collaborate on initiatives that optimize ABM workflows and align them with cross-functional teams, especially sales, to drive scalable business impact
4. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams across regions to ensure operational alignment
5. Contribute to the development of reporting frameworks and dashboards, ensuring data quality and actionable insights for performance measurement
6. Support training and certification plans for all ABM Experts at Autodesk to ensure the organisation meets required skills for today and tomorrow
Required Skills & Qualifications
7. Proven experience with Account-Based Marketing (strategy, execution, and measurement) in a B2B environment, preferably within tech or SaaS
8. Strong ability to build trust-based, transparent, and effective relationships with sales stakeholders
9. Execution-oriented with a strategic mindset; capable of balancing immediate actions with long-term vision
10. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
11. Experience working with international teams and navigating global marketing operations
12. Proficient in data analysis, campaign performance reporting, and workflow automation using modern Martech tools
Preferred Experience
13. Hands-on experience with platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, or 6sense
14. Insights or experience in using AI in a marketing or ABM context
