Key Accountabilities Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the warehouse, aligning with company goals for supply chain efficiency and cost reduction. Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping. Manage and optimize material flow to reduce lead times and improve order fulfillment accuracy. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing warehouse team, fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and accountability. Deliver an HS&E strategy that avoids incidents and harm to our people and products. Ensure full compliance with all regulations, including but not limited to customs procedures, product safety standards, labeling requirements, and environmental regulations. Implement and maintain robust inventory control processes to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies. Oversee the effective use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other relevant technologies to track inventory, manage orders, and generate reports. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations, such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment rates. Key Experiences And Any Qualifications Proven leadership qualities through ability to influence outside area of direct control. Demonstrated ability to deliver under challenging circumstances. Broad understanding of different roles / functions / processes (e.g. Manufacturing, Purchase, NPI, ME etc). Implemented improvement activity, participated in dealing with change (e.g. process, organisation). Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing WMS and other warehouse technologies.
