To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Consultant in the field of Food Factories and Large-Scale Catering Facilities (m/f/d), who will take responsibility for our international projects, from analysis and requirements definition through to realization, and act as a strategic advisor and sparring partner for our clients.

1. Lead and manage projects or work packages for the development of innovative factory concepts and layouts for (inflight) catering facilities, industrial kitchens, convenience food production, and food factories
2. Analyze, evaluate, and optimize production and kitchen processes, deriving tailored solutions for our clients
3. Provide strategic consulting to clients in GCC region on investment decisions, efficiency improvements, and sustainability concepts
4. Workin interdisciplinary project teams while maintaining close collaboration with clients and suppliers
5. Ensure great results and consistency across all project phases and present results to decision-makers at executive level
Das bringst du mit
6. University degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable qualification
7. First experience in the design, planning, optimization, or implementation of food production or large-scale industrial kitchens
8. In-depth understanding of processes, regulatory requirements, and industry trends in food production and catering
9. Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to translate complex issues into practical solutions
10. Business-fluent in English, additionally German is a plus
11. High willingness to travel internationally
