Operations is the backbone of our organization. This critical function enables us to deliver products efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Change Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining site operations and implementing process improvements.
You will work on one of our sites, focusing on productivity enhancement. Your primary task will be to oversee site changes and compliance, ensuring seamless implementation of global and EU initiatives.
* As the site's change expert, lead process improvement projects, engage stakeholders, and align goals.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through root cause analysis, standard work, 5S, and Andon.
* Implement EU & DE process standardization and software rollouts.
* Coach teams on Lean and Project Management methodologies.
* Collaborate with leadership to prioritize and implement improvement initiatives.
* Take on leadership roles in core operations during peak periods.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree from an accredited institution.
* Proven experience in quality management and process optimization, ideally in manufacturing or production settings.
* Experience communicating with diverse stakeholders, including peers and management.
* Significant experience using data or stories to influence business decision-making.
* Fluent command of English and German languages.
