The Quality Control Analyst (m/w/d) coordinates with suppliers and internal stakeholders to restore products and processes in the event of complaints and to ensure compliance with the organization's requirements.
Job Requirements
* Optimization of quality control for incoming goods to prevent problems in production
* Continuous improvement of testing systems and processes in CAQ/SAP, etc.
* Key user for relevant quality management software (CAQ, SAP, etc.)
* Quality support for logistics processes
* Verification and validation of the product quality of internally and externally manufactured parts with corresponding usage decisions
* Verification/monitoring/implementation and optimization of incoming goods inspections
* Evaluation of quality-related data and derivation of improvement measures to increase process and product quality (using Q-tools)
* Optimization and maintenance of test plans
* Implementation and control of measures in the event of supplier complaints with direct supplier contact
* Support with customer complaints
* Arranging and requesting rework and scrapping
* Responsible for the assigned goods receipt restricted stock
* Processing of restricted stock and initiation of measures and/or usage decisions resulting from this
* Support in advance quality planning (QVP)
* Cross-departmental establishment and training of Q processes
* Support with internal and external (customer) audits
What your background should look like
* Completed technical training in the fields of plastics technology, stamping, mechanics, electrical engineering, or comparable
* Several years of professional experience in quality assurance in the manufacturing technologies of plastics technology, stamping technology, electroplating, and assembly technology in the automotive environment
* Relevant further training in quality management (quality representative or comparable)
* Normative knowledge in the areas of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, VDA bands
* Very good knowledge of the application and implementation of Q-tools/problem-solving methods
* Very good rhetorical and communication skills
* Good analytical skills, independent working style
* Good written and spoken English
* Very good knowledge of SAP, CAQ, and common MS Office applications
