A leading business law firm seeks a highly skilled digital marketing specialist to drive web and social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement tailored digital marketing strategies, analysing performance metrics to inform future decisions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to maximise website traffic and user engagement, ensuring all digital content aligns with the company's brand identity and core values.
* Support the rollout of new digital tools and innovations, delivering training to help stakeholders effectively use social media and the website.
Websites and Optimisation
* Update and manage the website back office: content updates, page creation, and coordination with technical providers.
* Contribute to ongoing SEO efforts: structuring content, metadata, keywords, suggesting and implementing improvements to UX/UI.
* Monitor website performance via analytics tools, creating and managing Google Ads campaigns.
Social Media Initiatives
* Act as the main contact for LinkedIn, managing LinkedIn Ads and sponsored content, monitoring and reporting on KPIs and performance.
* Liaise with internal teams to coordinate messaging and visibility, uploading and managing content on video platforms, optimising metadata.
Newsletters and Content
* Create, format, and send newsletters using internal platforms, continuously improving performance (open rates, click-throughs, engagement).
* Manage the evolution of templates and visual design, ensuring alignment with brand identity and communication objectives.
Requirements include at least 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, proficiency in digital tools, and excellent writing skills in English and French.
