Project Development Planning Manager (f/m/d)
As a Project Planner, your mission is to develop and maintain overall project platforms schedules from start to execution, manage efficiently the time commitments and budget of the project, according to contractual requirements and customer expectations. You will also make sure that all legal and contractual rights are protected.
Key Accountabilities
* Define project strategy in line with contract requirements, including PMP elaboration and objectives (planning, cost, quality, performance)
* Highlight the critical paths and risks linked to the development schedule
* Propose and animate the optimisation & mitigation actions
* Contribute with the development schedule to ensure compliance of the project strategy
* Propose the development schedule baseline and ensure its acceptance by all Project stakeholders
* Ensure the consistency of all the internal and external stakeholders commitments and manage the schedule interfaces
* Perform schedule analysis & trade-offs to close identified gaps or schedule issues
* Focus on early identification of potential delays (critical paths) including the status on risks and margin related to schedule
Key Requirements
* You hold a Master Degree in Engineering and/or technical background is desirable
* You have 2 years relevant project planning experience
* Proven project management experience
* You are a hands on organising person
* You are an excellent communicator
* You represent excellent customer focus
* You are proactive and can respond to pressing issues and challenges with agility
* Strong knowledge and use of Primavera
* Proficient in English and German languages
