Tasks
* Functional and disciplinary lead of the Tax Department of IONOS with currently five employees.
* Assure the compliance to all tax requirements regarding VAT, company tax, withholding tax and transfer pricing.
* Support Group Accounting, General Ledger and Tax Accounting in preparation of financial statements and audits as well as be part of the annual audit process especially regarding tax related questions.
* Provide guidance to IONOS Business IT regarding tax related questions and set and define standards from a tax perspective.
* Maintain and further develop the Tax Compliance Management System in cooperation with United Internet Tax Department.
* Continuous improvement of tax processes in order to assist business requirements and utilize Technological change.
* Development of a roadmap for integration of existing subsidiaries or new acquired entities in the standard tax processes.
* Support in implementation and improvement of the ERP system landscape from a tax perspective.
* Derive and evolve relevant Tax-KPIs for the boards.
* Managing stakeholders: Initiating and shaping the dialogue with central stakeholders or contributing to it, overseeing the decentralized stakeholder dialogues and identification of new requirements.
Qualifications
* Academic track record with a finance and international tax background.
* Proven track record in leading tax teams, especially in multi-tiered group.
* Relevant experience in leading a corporate tax department.
* Preferably Know-How in IFRS and tax topics.
* Passed Tax Advisor Exam.
* Strong communication skills and Stakeholder Management (incl. C-level).
* Experience with transformation programs and migration setups.
* Resilience.
