TEAM DESCRIPTION
* Within the Data & Processes team of Dr. August Oetker Nahrungsmittel KG, we provide data & processes management standards and guidelines for our 40 international subsidiaries and we are in charge of efficient, standardized data exchange with external partners. We work together with our colleagues from around the world. We ensure that data is accessible, consistent, and structured in a way that supports decision-making and business objectives. This is how we accelerate the digitalization at Dr. Oetker.
* In this function within the Data & Processes department you are part of the “external Data Management” (eDM) team, which is responsible for worldwide future orientated product data transmission, e.g. with retailers.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* You will gain insights into the company Dr. Oetker, the International Data & Processes department and you will get to know the team eDM and their responsibilities as well as tasks.
* Your focus will be on the further enhancement of our data and process management maturity by conducting analysis, mapping and modeling.
* Therefore, you will collaborate with the International Process and Data Experts and you will also work with our external partners (e.g. GS1 data platforms and retailers) to define and align data transmission processes over different departments, countries and organizations.
* You will be responsible for making our (data) processes transparent, improving them together in and with the team and then modeling them in conventions (BPMN 2.0) and the process modeling tool (BIC Cloud).
* Additionally you will contribute to an international GS1 project by conducting research and preparing presentations.
* And if you are interested, you can immerse yourself in the SAP data world and acquire SAP knowledge.
WHAT YOU BRING
* You are a student of business administration or international management, data management, or a familiar field of study. Data is your passion.
* You have an experimental and entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build things from scratch or optimize what already exists.
* Your strengths include a high degree of reliability, analytical skills and accuracy.
* You are familiar with the MS Office package (especially PowerPoint and Excel) including Teams.
* Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in process and data modelling.
* Self-confidence, high motivation and solution-oriented thinking are among your personal strengths.
* You enjoy communicating internationally (German/English).
