In the course of a succession, we are looking for a
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Power Key User (m/f/d) Your tasks: Ensuring the use and maintenance of CRM data in day-to-day business
Contact person for all sales users in national and international sales
Planning and implementation of training courses, creation of guides and support materials
Creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards and KPI analyses to support sales management
Collaboration in the implementation of new CRM functions, tests and rollouts
Support with data quality monitoring and routine checks
Your profile: Completed training or studies in business, IT, sales or a comparable qualification
5 years of experience in a comparable position with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales module)
Sound understanding of sales processes and CRM contexts
Confident handling of data analysis, reports and Power BI
Affinity for digitalization, data quality and process optimization
Structured, solution-oriented way of working and strong communication skills
Very good knowledge of German and English
