Our storage systems are used in UPS, Telecom, Datacenters, Public Transport, in Front-of- and Behind-the-Meter applications and many more. /p pstrongAbout the job: /strongbrFor our fast growing division Energy Solutions at the earliest possible date we are looking for a: /p h1strongTeamleader Customer Service (m/f/x) brEnergy Solutions. /strong /h1 pJoin our team in Büdingen (catchment area Frankfurt, Hanau, Gelnhausen, Gießen, Aschaffenburg). /p pWhat will your daily responsibilities include in this role? /p ul liLeadership: Ensure team stability and cohesion, provide direction and manage a team of 8 employees fostering a culture of excellence and customer focus. /li liCollaboration: Work closely with Sales, Order Management, Plant, and Logistic teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and address any challenges proactively. /li liCoordination : Support Oracle deployment, Standardize and align service commitments across the German organization /li liMetrics Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team performance, customer health, and overall success. /li /ul pstrongWhat we ask for: /strong /p ul liProven experience in leading, motivating and developing a Customer Service team /li liAbility to translate insights into actionable strategies /li liGrit and High Standards.
