We’re expanding our EMEA Program Management Team and are looking for a Program Manager (m/f/d) who thrives in cross-functional environments and wants to make an impact across a global business.
Your Role:
As a key member of our international Program Management Team, you’ll report directly to our Senior Director, Program Management in Los Angeles, CA and work across global teams, spanning Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and Business.
Your mission: take the lead on complex, cross-functional projects from strategy to execution, helping drive delivery and innovation across our platforms.
What You'll Do:
1. Own and manage product & business initiatives end-to-end, from concept through rollout
2. Develop detailed project plans and manage cross-project dependencies
3. Coordinate international teams, working across time zones in EMEA, and the US
4. Facilitate agile processes (Scrum, Kanban) and ensure timely, quality delivery
5. Identify and mitigate risks, while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed
6. Promote collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
7. Drive continuous improvement in how we manage and deliver programs
Requirements
8. Business-fluent German and English skills
9. 3+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager with independent responsibility for leading large, cross-functional, or company-wide programs involving multiple stakeholders and teams.
10. Experience in a tech or digital environment, ideally with SOA-based systems
11. Strong communicator across teams and levels including executive leadership
12. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and tools
13. Sharp problem-solver with multitasking strengths
14. Experience in international companies or working across time zones is a major plus
