Role title / Organization Affiliations: Sr. Director – Power Solutions / GBU Responsibilities: Direct Responsible Individuals (DRI) in GBU for driving power revenue growth. Enable the global FAE community to identify and win more power businesses through tailored power solutions. Partner with field-sales organization to develop customer engagement and power-solution-focused go-to-market strategy. Foster constructive collaboration between all power BUs and field sales organizations to win new business using innovative business models and go-to-market strategies. Lead and expand the global power design services team as a key pillar in executing the power solutions strategy. Solidify the design services business model and promote services to customer-facing teams. Establish a process to promote solutions beyond lead customer engagements using physical and digital go-to-market strategies. Develop and expand regional design services strategy, including rapid prototyping team, design services engagement, and business model. Skills: 10+ years of experience in power semiconductors and various technical and business roles. Strong business acumen with a customer-centric mindset, combined with a high sense of urgency and a competitive attitude. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across organizations and navigate conflicts of interest. Proven track record in leading cross-organization teams globally, with or without authority. Passion for mentoring and developing teams.
