In this key role, you'll be integral to financial reporting, treasury operations, and client equity coordination within a diverse portfolio of real estate investments. Our Investment, Accounting, and Reporting Solutions division operates on a global scale, with offices strategically located in the Germany, UK, Amsterdam, Luxembourg, and Poland. As a Senior Accountant, you will collaborate with a committed team to ensure that our reporting services align with client expectations and industry standards. About the Role: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements and client reporting packages. Analyse and compile financial data, ensuring accuracy in P&L calculations and reporting. Manage daily treasury, cash management, and accounting operations for the portfolio. Perform bank reconciliations and journal entries, ensuring accurate transaction recording. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions on financing arrangements and loan execution. Troubleshoot accounting issues and respond to client requests with a service-oriented approach. Participate in system testing and implementation projects. Apply a strong understanding of accounting principles to develop innovative solutions and handle complex assignments. Mentor junior team members and share expertise across disciplines. Lead by example, embodying CBRE's RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence). Collaborate across teams to support operational and project-based initiatives. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within a fund or real estate environment.
