Foundation Installation Engineer required for a major Offshore Wind Developer based in Germany.
Responsibilities & Requirements
* Engineering background with expertise in foundation installation.
* 5+ years of experience in the offshore wind industry.
* Proficiency in project management of offshore foundations.
* Strong knowledge of tools for monopile installation and noise mitigation.
* Experience in HSE performance and risk reduction.
* Ability to evaluate potential ports for storage and load out of foundations.
* Skilled in preparing and executing relevant documents for installation proposals
* Support in variation orders and claims preparation
* Coordination within projects and across projects to ensure delivery as per objectives
* Review method statements and risk assessments
* Conduct engineering calculations
* Write technical specifications and assess tender technical requirements
* Assist in ensuring safe design and providing input to risk and programme analysis.
* Respond to technical queries and interface with other packages/Contractors.
