Your role is to bridge the gap between engineering and business. As a Growth Engineer (Working Student), you will focus on the entire user journey, from landing page visits to the first payment. Develop and optimize product features that increase user activation and foster long-term engagement across the platform.
Frontend: TypeScript, Next.Analytical Thinking: You enjoy working with data to measure the success of your features and understand user behavior.
Business Interest: You are curious about startup dynamics and understand how technical decisions directly impact growth and revenue.
