Your Role
Be part of an innovative team building a cutting-edge platform that empowers companies to enhance and scale AI applications for process automation. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be at the core of shaping the product—working across the stack to create performant, user-friendly AI-powered solutions.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Building scalable front-end and back-end components that integrate seamlessly with AI systems.
* Developing backend APIs with Django Ninja (FastAPI-style) and front-end interfaces using Next.JS.
* Designing and implementing user interfaces to make AI features intuitive and accessible.
* Applying DevOps practices, including containerization (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment.
* Improving code quality through code reviews, refactoring, and best practices.
* Using AI tools to automate development tasks and increase efficiency across the engineering process.
* Exploring creative ways to embed AI throughout the software development lifecycle.
Your Profile
* Degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field—or equivalent skills through practical experience or personal projects.
* Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
* Experience with front-end frameworks like React or Next.JS, and backend tools like Django or FastAPI.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
* A strong interest in AI and its practical use in modern software development.
* Effective communicator in English (B2+); German language skills are a bonus.
* Willing to work on-site at least 3 days a week in Bremen (with plans for relocation to Berlin in the future).
* EU work permit required.
