We are looking for candidates with hands‑on SAP Basis experience along with customer handling capabilities.
Mandatory Skill
Profiles with L2 or L3 level of skillset preferred.
* Knowledge of SAP S4HANA with SAP Basis troubleshooting skills
* Knowledge on multi‑cloud environment.
* Basic understanding of SAP Rise.
* Fundamental knowledge of load balancer, SAP web dispatcher, and disaster recovery.
* Understanding of basic networking concepts.
* Efficient customer handling.
* Knowledge on Hyperscale e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP and Automations Provisioning in cloud environment
* Solid hands‑on experience with SAP technologies like SAP NetWeaver, Web Dispatcher, Business Objects solutions
* Experience in ITIL and IT Service Management processes such as Incident Management, Event Management Monitoring, Change Request Management
