Tasks
In the first 6 months, you will
* Closely work with the LCA team and external LCA experts to conduct lifecycle assessments and generate EPDs for newly onboarded product categories.
* Closely work with our software engineering and product team to integrate EPD methodology into the calculation logic of Emidat’s calculation backend.
* Refine our methodologies to create Product Carbon Footprints (PCFs), Lifecycle Assessments (LCAs), and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).
Requirements
These are some things that would help
* You have 1-2 years work experience in lifecycle assessment - having actually conducted lifecycle assessments before - ideally for construction products.
* You have holistic knowledge of the most important norms and best practices in lifecycle assessment (LCA) and environmental product declarations (EPD).
* You have a proven track-record or starting and leading initiatives, showcasing a high level of ownership.
* You are up to date with developments in the climate-tech and climate regulation space (especially for the construction industry).
