Commercial Specialist

Main tasks
* Support the commercial activities of Hyundai Motorsport and Genesis Magma Racing programs
* Conduct research and reporting on current industry trends, activities, strategies, and benchmarking
* Identify and analyze sponsorship and partnership prospects
* Manage commercial relationships with licensing agencies and multiple sponsorship sales agencies
* Develop relationships with potential new partners and sponsors
* Propose activation strategies for sponsor prospects as part of the sponsorship sales process
* Host sponsor prospects at events and ensure professional engagement
* Maintain accurate records and reports on all commercial activities (companies approached, discussions held, etc.)
Qualifications
* University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
* Experience in sports marketing, motorsport, sponsorship sales, licensing, and merchandising
* Strong skills in sponsorship sales, presentation, relationship building, and negotiation
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
* Fluent in English (German or French is an advantage)
