Your seat to fill:
1. Support the Customs & Trade Compliance team in steering and further developing customs and foreign trade–related processes
2. Contribute to the tariff classification of products (HS/TARIC system)
3. Independently take ownership of and manage selected customs and foreign trade–related sub-areas
4. Prepare and analyze customs-related KPIs and create reports and status overviews
5. Support operational import activities, in particular:
6. Review of import declarations
7. Documentation and archiving
8. Support projects within Customs & Trade Compliance (e.g. process optimization, digitalization, compliance requirements)
9. Monitor import transactions and duties to ensure customs compliance and accuracy
10. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers (e.g. customs brokers)
11. Support the creation and maintenance of internal work instructions and policies

12. You are currently studying for a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, business engineering or comparable courses of study
13. You have a good understanding of procurement processes and are eager to learn more
14. You have very good written and spoken English skills
15. You are a team player, detail-oriented and have an affinity for numbers
16. You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
