Corporate Officer Job Description
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Corporate Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert services to clients.
* Assist clients with company incorporation formalities and structuring, drafting contracts, and monitoring transactions in collaboration with various stakeholders.
* Ensure full legal and administrative follow-up of managed/administered companies and respond to client requests.
* Support commercial clients in obtaining necessary permits.
* Handle bank account openings and keep company bank accounts up to date.
* Support the Know Your Customer (KYC) department in creating and maintaining files in compliance with current regulations.
* Ensure safekeeping of official documents and manage company correspondence.
* Proper communication and follow-up of mail to directors/managers.
* Prepare and convene board meetings and annual general meetings, attend them, and draft minutes.
* Mandatory legal publications with the Trade and Companies Register and the Register of Beneficial Owners.
* Maintain shareholders/partners register.
* Coordinate invoice payments.
* Monitor company audits in collaboration with accountants.
* Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients.
