WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN IT Service Manager (m/f/d)
Part-time or full-time (20+ hours/week)

THIS IS WHAT YOU ENJOY
* Designing effective controls: Coordination, maintenance, and further development of controls and security-related measures
* Tracking measures: Control, monitoring, reporting, and escalation for transparent implementation
* Reliably verifying effectiveness: Regular reviews of the control framework and identification of improvements
* Professionally supporting audits: Planning and documentation of internal ISMS audits as well as coordination of external audits
* Sustainably improve service processes: Responsibility for ITIL-based IT service processes with a focus on security
* Deliver substantive reporting: Management-oriented reporting on risks, controls, audits, and measures
* Further developing tools: Technical ownership of Matrix42, including data quality, process mapping, and reporting
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
* Degree or training in (business) information technology or comparable qualification
* 3–5 years of experience in IT service management, ideally including IT incident management
* Knowledge of IT management frameworks, particularly ITIL (ITIL 4 certification preferred)
* Experience working with Matrix42 or comparable ESM tools
* Familiarity with relevant standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27031, BSI, KRITIS
* Experience in IT project management
* Strong initiative, assertiveness, and a proactive approach to work
* Fluent German and good English skills
