The Analytics Business Unit provides consulting, implementation, training, architecture, and installation services for profitability and sustainability management based on SAP’s analytics solutions SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), PaPM, Sustainability Control Tower (SCT), Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC) and others. We co-develop the SAP PaPM application and content packages providing standard functionality for various use cases and industries. Our team combines functional, technical, and industry expertise on cost allocations, financial planning/budgeting, intercompany transfer pricing, product/service costing, IT costing, tax calculations, funds/liquidity transfer pricing, cost-to-serve, planning simulation, and sustainability. What you will do
1. Work on the implementation of SAP Analytics solutions to clients across multiple industries (Insurance, Banking, Retail, High Tech, etc.)
2. Deliver high quality services on time and budget
3. Support presales demos, RFP/RFI process, client demonstrations and business development initiatives
4. Work collaboratively with team of consultants
5. Communicate effectively with clients and team/project leads
6. Support in creation and maintenance of analytics solutions
7. Support in analysis of technical and functional integration requirements
8. Promote and participate in sharing expertise, strengthening msg global’ s collective knowledge
9. Develop your knowledge and extend project experience in SAP’s newest and future solutions
What we are looking for
Requirements
10. Minimum 5 years of relevant consulting or corporate experience
11. University degree (preferably in finance, accounting, controlling, computer science, or business analytics) or other equivalent experience
12. Proven Expertise in SAP PaPM
13. Experience in SAP full life‑cycle implementations, preferably with PaPM, SAP HANA Developer/Analyst, SAP Analytics Cloud, and/or BPC
14. Technical and functional expertise in SAP applications/modules, preferably SAP PaPM, SAC, BW, HANA, BPC, PCM, COPA, or S/4Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes
15. Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes, such as budgeting, cost allocations, profitability, or tax calculations
16. Experience in solution design and architectural decision‑making, including creation of technical specifications
17. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders
18. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
19. Fluent in English and German (oral and in writing)
20. Ability to travel up to 80 %
21. Must be legally authorized to work in Germany without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Nice to have
22. Experience with full life‑cycle SAP implementations
23. Knowledge of SAP HANA (modeling, SQL), SAP Analytics Cloud, BW/4HANA, BPC, PCM, COPA
24. Experience integrating PaPM with S/4HANA, BW, and non‑SAP systems
25. Experience leading small project teams or coaching team membersFluency in additional local languages, depending on the country of employment
