Purpose In this role, you will support the Leader Accounts Payable within the Finance & Accounting Center of Excellence (CoE) and contribute to driving key initiatives in the Purchase to Pay (PTP) area across the EMENA region. Main Responsibilities Definition of business and technical requirements for process optimizations and automation initiatives in the Accounts Payable (PTP) area Implementing and supporting Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions such as xFlow and/or OpenText for SAP Coordinating and managing the PTP activities of the external Shared Service Center for the LIXIL EMENA region Proactively identifying functional and process‑related issues, harmonization potential, and developing supporting documentation and work instructions for the PTP area, especially for the BPO provider Implementing new processes and optimizing existing processes and solutions within PTP Preparing and analyzing monthly performance evaluations for the respective country organizations Working independently while collaborating closely with the central CoE team in Germany across the EMENA region This role requires a strong process mindset, the ability to work independently, and a collaborative approach to driving improvements across a regional scope.
