<p>Our client, a PE-backed Software business is shaping the transformation of the German healthcare sector by combining technology, data, and operational expertise. As they continue to scale, they are seeking an Chief of Staff to report into the Chief Product Technology Officer to deliver a variety of strategic and operational initiatives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br></p><p>Operations</p><ul><li>Manage meetings, agendas, decision papers, and follow-ups.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Prioritization and Governance</p><ul><li>You run the prioritization process across all tech projects and subsidiaries – ensuring the right topics are advanced with the right level of priority.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>OKRs and Reporting</p><ul><li>You own the OKR framework in the tech area, consolidate status updates, and prepare board and private equity materials.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Budget Control</p><ul><li>You track headcount and project budgets, identify deviations early, and prepare decision‑making documents.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Strategic Special Projects</p><ul><li>You take on ad‑hoc projects at the direction of the CPTO – e.g., market research, organizational analyses, vendor evaluations.</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Partner Engagement</p><ul><li>You manage external partners in close alignment with the CPTO and ensure their delivery quality.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Experience Required:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in a similar role – ideally as a Strategy Manager, Chief of Staff, project lead, or in a top‑tier consultancy.</li><li>Tech affinity: You understand how software development and product development work.</li><li>Strong organizational skills.</li><li>Must be native/ business fluent in German and English.</li><li>Bonus: Experience in PE‑backed environments or in software.</li></ul>
