About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join the Seller Support Team in Lisbon.
In this position, you will support online sellers by providing professional, solution-oriented assistance to help them succeed on the platform.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality customer service to sellers through phone, chat, and email.
* Manage inquiries related to accounts, orders, and platform processes.
* Identify opportunities to improve sellers performance and drive their success.
* Maintain detailed and accurate case records in the system.
* Ensure all communications meet the brands quality standards.
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues efficiently.
Requirements
* Native or fluent German (C2) and good English (B2+).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, telesales, account management, or customer success ideally linked to business development.
* Sales awareness and the ability to influence seller success (mandatory).
* Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
* Flexibility to work on rotating shifts, including weekends.
Working Hours
* Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts:
o 08:0017:00 or 09:0018:00 (2 rotating days off)
* Later stage: Possible 24/7 rotation (to be confirmed by the client).
Compensation and Benefits
* Base salary: 1,100 × 14 months
* Performance bonus: 100 × 11 months
* Meal allowance: 7.23 per working day
* Transport allowance: 20 per month
