Responsibilities Remotely install, configure, and maintain medical imaging systems Troubleshoot technical issues across hardware, software, and network layers. Execute preventive maintenance to ensure uptime and compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with application specialists, clinical users, and IT teams. Respond to service requests with a sense of urgency and professionalism. Support new product roll outs by providing “elbow support” for our global customers.
