The Manager – M&A / Corporate Development (5–8 years) will be a key player within the corporate development team, taking a lead role in sourcing, evaluating, and executing strategic transactions. Drive all phases of the M&A process—from initial screening and strategic assessment to valuation, diligence, negotiation, and post-deal implementation.
Support commercial and operational assessments by analyzing target business models, market positioning, and synergy opportunities in collaboration with internal experts.
Prepare investment memos and board-level presentations to support executive and supervisory decision-making.
Partner with the CFO and senior leadership on post-merger integration, synergy tracking, and value delivery initiatives.
Fluency in English is required; German language skills are highly desirable.
