A technology-focused consulting organisation is seeking a ServiceNow Developer (m/f/d) to join its team as soon as possible, working on challenging digital transformation projects .
In this role, you will support well-known enterprise clients in the delivery of complex IT initiatives. The work is project-based, delivered through external mandates, either remotely or on-site, always with a focus on scalable, future-proof solutions .
Your Responsibilities
* Design and develop intelligent ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on ITSM, CSM, and workflow automation
* Contribute to the concept, design, and implementation of new modules on the ServiceNow platform
* Analyse business and IT processes in collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and developers
* Deliver features end-to-end, from development through testing, documentation, and rollout
* Support knowledge transfer and ensure sustainable solution delivery
Your Profile
You work in a structured and independent manner, bring strong technical understanding, and enjoy collaborating in agile teams. In addition, you bring:
* Several years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
* Strong knowledge of Angular, ITSM/CSM processes, and web technologies ( JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST )
* Experience working with ITIL and Scrum methodologies
* Very good German and good English language skills
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM/CMDB, ITAM, and SAM
* ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification
* ServiceNow CSA certification (additional certifications are a plus)
