Your Impact Are you passionate about the aviation industry and thrive on ensuring seamless operations for airline customers? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airline Inventory Specialist (all genders) to become an integral part of our team in Dreieich. This is a great opportunity to leverage your airline or tourism expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment, where your contributions will directly influence the success of our airline partners. Drive data integrity: Update flight schedules and availability for our airline customers using our hosting system, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and timeliness. Be a service liaison: Engage in close collaboration with the Hahnair Service Desk, addressing bookings with specific service needs or other special inquiries to ensure optimal customer solutions. Ensure system stability: Efficiently process the error queue and proactively address new error messages, maintaining the smooth and reliable operation of our critical systems. Uphold GDS accuracy: Monitor the display of flight schedules within Global Distribution Systems (GDSs), promptly identifying and reporting any inconsistencies to maintain data precision across all platforms. Facilitate client growth: Actively support the successful implementation and onboarding of new airline customers, playing a key role in expanding our partnerships and service reach. About You Industry grounded professional: Possess a successfully completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably gained within the airline or tourism industry, providing you with a solid contextual understanding. Experienced hosting specialist: Bring at least 2 years of relevant professional experience, ideally with a strong focus on hosting environments, particularly the administration of flight schedules and availability. GDS Savvy & Eager learner: Demonstrate practical experience with at least one major GDS (ideally AMADEUS) and show serious interest in becoming familiar with and mastering additional GDSs. Client-focused collaborator: Exhibit a high degree of customer and service orientation, coupled with a strong team spirit and excellent communication skills to foster effective partnerships. Organized & Proactive problem-solver: Showcase great problem-solving skills alongside excellent time management and self-organization, enabling you to tackle challenges efficiently. Methodical & Independent contributor: Approach your work with a structured, independent, and conscientious mindset, ensuring precision and reliability in all your tasks. Multilingual communicator: Be business fluent in English. Proficiency in German is a significant advantage, and any additional languages are a welcome asset to our international team.
