As Co-Founder / Managing Director (m/f/x) you will manage an early-stage direct-to-consumer brand.
You will:
* Plan & execute the business strategy according to our successful playbook
* Plan budgets and have full P&L accountability
* Hire a cross-functional team
* Oversee the product development
* Drive our social media and influencer strategy
* Work closely together with our C-Level and investors
Qualifikation
* Minimum of 5 years professional or entrepreneurial experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or startups
* Excellent degree in economics, business administration, marketing or relevant area from a top university
* Proven leadership skills
* Hands-on and results-oriented approach
* Strong analytical capabilities
* Fluency in English and German
* Availabililty to start within the next 3 months
