About the job As an AI Sales Specialist, you will help us grow our AI business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. In this role, you will work with customers to deliver true business value, demonstrate product functionality, and provide a comprehensive overview of key business use cases. This will include a combination of productivity use cases, as well as working with product teams to help our customers build new products leveraging our AI solutions. You will lead day-to-day relationships with cross-functional team members and external customers, leading with empathy, while identifying ways to multiply your impact and the impact of the team as a whole to drive overall value for Google Cloud. Responsibilities Calibrate the business against the objectives and key results. Forecast and report the status of the business for the territory. Build and maintain executive relationships with customers as the AI subject matter expert, influence long-term direction for new and existing customers as well as the Google Cloud Field Sales Representatives (FSRs) and Customer Engineers (CEs). Assist customers in identifying AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions. Articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact. Develop and execute account plans, including a broader enterprise plan across key verticals. Work with Google account and technical teams to develop and drive pipelines, and provide expertise. Execute Go-To-Market (GTM) business plays and related efforts with the Google Cloud teams and Google Cloud platform (GCP) partners.
