Your responsibilities:
1. Define and steer the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market opportunities.
2. Build, lead, and empower a high-performing Product team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and growth.
3. Oversee the delivery of new products and enhancements, maintaining high standards in quality, timing, and budget while driving business growth.
4. Coordinate product priorities, migrations, and strategic initiatives across business units and project streams to ensure operational excellence.
5. Act as a product ambassador, representing the company internally and externally, and strengthening the product culture.
Your profile:
* Bring solid experience in leading product organizations, combining deep product management expertise with the ability to build, grow, and inspire high-performing teams.
* Demonstrate a proven track record in the technology or payment industry, with a sharp sense for market trends and customer needs.
* Own the product vision end-to-end - from strategy to delivery and continuous improvement.
* Combine business acumen with a digital mindset to turn complex ideas into scalable product solutions.
* Thrive in dynamic, multi-cultural environments, confidently managing product priorities and delivery across international, cross-functional teams.
