Your tasks
* You will manage the bank's technical infrastructure in cooperation with our ATRUVIA data center and external service providers
* You will be responsible for first and second level support as part of a team and ensure the functionality of the technical infrastructure
* You document third-party and in-house applications, including hardware, taking into account IT security requirements (BAIT)
* You install new workstations, software and hardware and train our employees in their use
* You will work on projects to efficiently develop our IT processes and IT structure
Your profile
* You have successfully completed training in IT systems integration or comparable with at least 2 years of practical experience
* Alternatively, as a career changer, you can draw on many years of practical experience and projects, preferably in the financial sector
* You have in-depth knowledge of software and hardware as well as network technology and have already worked with a ticket system
* You convince with risk awareness, a careful and goal-oriented way of working as well as with a high level of personal responsibility, creativity and innovative spirit
* You communicate fluently in written and spoken German (C1). Good English skills are an advantage
