Your Role:
Conduct in-depth research on products, markets, and asset flows to generate insights that strengthen product positioning, deepen client engagement, guide product development, and unlock commercial opportunities in EMEA and APAC
What we are looking for:
* Conduct in-depth product research to uncover competitive advantages and develop differentiated value propositions that resonate with both internal and external audiences
* Create and deliver compelling investment cases and insights that foster client engagement and influence decision-making
* Manage coverage of specific asset classes, products, and distribution markets across EMEA, while supporting the development of a service model for expanded APAC coverage
* Collaborate with regional distribution teams to enhance client engagement through high-quality product and market intelligence
* Partner with regional product development teams to evaluate Invesco's product shelf, identify critical gaps, and support the ideation of new products and structures
* Contribute to the client-driven product prioritization process across EMEA to align distribution efforts with areas of highest client demand and strongest product potential
What you can bring:
* Proven experience in asset management or the broader financial industry, ideally in a role that combined research with effective delivery to key stakeholders and/or clients
* Deep knowledge and understanding of the asset management industry, its products, all asset classes, and financial markets in general. Experience in product research and selection is a plus
* Strong analytical mind and skillset
* University degree ideally related to financial markets. CFA designation or equivalent is a plus
* Familiarity with product and flow research tools such as Morningstar Direct, eVestment, Broadridge, Preqin, and Bloomberg is beneficial
* Programming skills (e.g., Python, VBA) are an advantage
* Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills, essential for distilling technical information into concise and compelling narratives
* Excel at building relationships, as the role involves working across regions, cultures, teams, and business areas
* Effective team member within a diverse firm, yet capable of progressing tasks and initiatives autonomously
* Self-motivated and willing to take ownership, you demonstrate assertive follow-through and can work without close supervision
* Highly analytical and structured, with strong attention to detail
